In late October 2016 was revealed the NCL Bliss ship's hull art - themed as “Cruising with the Whales”. The art design is by Robert Wyland - an American artist known worldwide for his large outdoor sculptures and murals (named "Whaling Walls"), all featuring life-size images of whales and other marine life. The NCL Bliss' hull art has as a centerpiece an image of a mother humpback whale and her calf. The design signifies Alaska's beauty and the importance of conservation. Norwegian Bliss itinerary program is based on weekly 7-day Alaska voyages departing Seattle WA on Saturdays.
